Purchasing Tickets

Prior to the Event

In-person or over-the-phone: to purchase tickets to a Southern Door Community Auditorium event, visit the Southern Door District Office during business hours or by calling 920.825.7311.  For tickets sold over-the-phone, they can be picked up at Will Call the night of the event or designed to be sent electronically to a cell phone for contactless entry.

 

Online: tickets can be purchased online by visiting our online system using any major credit/debit card.  For reserved seating events, you can pick your price level, individual seats, and elect to print your tickets, download them onto your phone, or pick them up at Will Call.  Please note: online sales close 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of each event.

At the Box Office

Walk up sales: the Southern Door Community Auditorium Box Office opens one hour prior to the scheduled start time of each event.  Payment methods accepted: cash*, check (payable to SDCA), debit or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA).

Base ticket prices do not include required ticket processing and service fees. 
If paying by cash, exact change is required.

Ticket Policies

- All patrons, regardless of age, must purchase a ticket.

- Tickets must be paid for at time of order. 

- All sales are final; no refunds or exchanges.

Accessibility/ADA

- Hearing-assisted devices are available and can be rented with a driver's license/official ID.

- Wheelchair seating is available and must be confirmed when purchasing tickets.
